BEST HORROR SHORTS is proud to announce the Winners of their Monthly Best Horror Shorts Competition for the month of November. The festival receives short horror films from all over the world, but only the best horror shorts are picked every month. The monthly winners go on to compete for yearly awards that will be announced in October 2021.

Horror Vein is proud to support independent filmmaking, especially the making of short films. The short film format usually doesn’t get an exclusive forum to showcase their work. Horror Vein now offers this forum to short filmmakers in the horror genre.
