You really can’t beat a Universal Studios Classic Monsters Movie especially if it’s staring Basil Rathbone, Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi. Though not as cryptic as the original ‘Frankenstein, the film centers more on the aftermath of what happened in the past with the monster and how it affects future generations of Frankenstein’s. The film is still a must watch for classic monster horror fans especially if you are a fan of Basil Rathbone.
This week on the HORROR VEIN Podcast your favorite horror podcast hosts Robert Massetti and Don Fisher review the classic Universal Studios Monster Movie ‘SON OF FRANKENSTEIN’ directed by Rowland V. Here’s a synopsis of the film: Returning to the ancestral castle long after the death of the monster, the son of Dr. Frankenstein meets a mad shepherd who is hiding the comatose creature. To clear the family name, he revives the creature and tries to rehabilitate him.
