GODZILLA V.S. KONG the long awaited battle monster fans have been craving for has a NEW release date – MARCH 26, 2021!

Yes, you are reading that correctly. The original release date was MAY 21, 2021 in theaters and on HBO but that’s not going to happen since Legendary Entertainment threatened legal action against Warner Bros. The production company is upset that Warner Bros is sending all theatrical releases to HBO on the same date. Which a lot of people in Hollywood are upset about especially theater owners.

It seems apparent now that they have hash out an agreement suitable for both parties. GODZILLA V.S. KONG will be released in theaters in March and will be available on HBO at the same time. Will this have an effect on the box office numbers? We will have to wait and see. Since people are still a bit apprehensive to go to theaters now that the pandemic is running ramped across the US.

Who do you want to win the epic battle? Godzilla or King Kong? This epic battle has happened before in the 1962 film KING KONG VS. GODZILLA. In that film the apparent winner was Kong but was never really verified.

We love both monsters but are leaning towards Godzilla since he has all the cool powers like nuclear breath. Plus what beats his iconic yell?

It doesn’t matter who you want to win, but will this NEW film be better than than GODZILLA – KING OF MONSTERS? Which we felt was not as good as the previous monster films. Do you also agree with Legendary Entertainment in regards to releasing films in the theaters and HBO? These questions will be the focus of this years film releases.
