Swamp Thing Season 1 was an Original Production made for DC Universe and aired on the platform months ago. Rumors surrounded the production saying it was very expensive to produce and had major problems. The reaction to the series when it first aired was lukewarm at best. But I personally liked the show. Was it the best? No, but it was done well, especially the Special FX Makeup for the character of Swamp Thing. Like most new shows, I felt it just needed some time to find it’s footing. Most new show first seasons are not the best and finally get better with time. Will this show continue on The CW? Only time will tell. Most say it was moved to The CW so they could use the character in other CW TV shows. Hopefully, someone will see the potential of the character and continue the show as planned because I love Swamp Thing. All it needs is a chance.
