SCREAM 5
It’s not a SCREAM movie without Sydney Prescot and now the rumors are true, NEVE CAMBELL is back to play her iconic role in the NEW ‘SCREAM 5’ movie.
She is joined by other SCREAM alumni including David Arquette and Courtney Cox for this NEW addition to the SCREAM franchise Produced by the filmmakers that brought you ‘READY OR NOT’. Campbell said, “After spending time speaking with Radio Silence, they have shown such love, respect and admiration for Wes Craven and all that he’s created in the ‘Scream’ franchise. I am beyond excited to step back into the role of Sidney Prescott and return to Woodsboro.”
We had reported earlier that the film was to be released in 2021, but now the date of release is January 14, 2022 and will be shot in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Fans of the SCREAM franchise should be excited to see Syndey Prescot coming back to Woodsboro!
